Meet Joel Albala -

This is my father, Joel Albala. He gave me my start in the insurance business when I was just 20 years old, and he's been my greatest example of what it means to lead with integrity. With over 50 years in the industry, my dad has built lifelong relationships — some of his clients have been with him for over 40 years. What do they say about him? That he's honest. That he's trustworthy. And they’re right. His resilience and unwaveringly positive outlook have always inspired me, both in business and in life. One of the greatest lessons he taught me is this: “Every day is a brand-new day, full of opportunities and possibilities. What will you do today?” That’s the mindset he brings to everything — and it’s the mindset I strive to carry forward in my own work, every single day.
